So their help and guidance were beneficial and very valuable. They were very resourceful in dealing with builders and lenders. They suggested a couple of lenders initially but never forced or influenced us to go with one of their recommendations. Even after the closing, they called us several times to check on us and ensure we were doing well and happy with our purchase. We searched on-line for many months looking at different homes, and got a general idea of what a new home would cost us and what area we wanted to live in. However, in a "hot" housing market such as Idaho Falls is experiencing, many of the homes we liked were sold before we could do anything about it. Kimberly trouped all over the city checking out the homes we were interested in, taking pictures for us, and telling us about the neighborhood and things that were not obvious in the pictures were were looking at. IN the end, we got a good home for a great price in a nice neighborhood. We couldn't have done it without her! She was really great to work with.
